The main entrance is through the south-west facing glazed naya, 12m x 3m. A double glazed aluminium door leads out onto the poolside terrace. Both have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Between these bedrooms is a large, fully tiled family bathroom with shower, 3.5mx 2.25m. The large and fully equipped kitchen, 4.75mx 3m, has a breakfast bar and leads to a large utility room, 5.25mx 3.5m, which contains a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer, that has access to an enclosed terrace at the rear, 7m x 7 where there is a rotary clothes line and double ceramic sink.
