Ok, this was supposed to be about 6 minutes...something but i shortened it because it would just have been too much of the same and really boring, it is better as it is, trust me ;] So yea....since i made it much shorter its also finished much earlier than i expected. This is not my usual kind of AMV which has a lot more effects yet, im satisfied with this, after all, without change, stuff would be boring, right? 05:42 MinutosTELEPRENSA.- Luis Caparrós, delegado de Vivienda y Ordenación del Territorio, ha afirmado hoy que la alcaldesa de Gérgal, Leonor Membrive (PSOE), está en su derecho, siempre dentro de un modelo residencial de incluir sus propiedades en la barriada de las Aneas que pasarían de estar clasificadas como suelo rústico a urbanizable en el avance del PGOU municipal, aunque reconoce que tal debió ausentarse de la votación plenaria que lo validó, ya que es un simple avance y por tanto no es nada, nada más que un diagnóstico, no tienen ni que llevarlo a pleno si no quiere. El delegado pide a los grupos de la oposición (GIAL, PP e IU) que se lean la Ley de Ordenación Urbanística para comprender que no había necesidad que votar este avance ni sacarlo a exposición pública porque no ha llegado dicho periodo. Recuerda además que la aprobación definitiva de los PGOU le corresponde a Vivienda que es la que tiene competencias en materia de ordenación urbanística, a la vez que defiende que el Plan General de Gérgal se hará conforme a Ley y Derecho, que no les quepa la menor duda.
