The struggle between kufars from Hamas and Muwahhidun in the Gaza in Ibn Taymmiyah mosque in Rafah.On August 14, 2009, Hamas used military force to suppress Jund Ansar Allah (The Army of Allahs Supporters) . The confrontations in and around the Ibn Taymmiyah mosque in Rafah killed at least 24 Palestinians and wounded more than 130. Several hundred suspected Palestinians were detained, among them Salafis. The dead included Sheikh Abd al-Latif Musa and Khaled Banath, known as Abu Abdallah, the Syrian (the Jund Ansar Allahs military commander). During the confrontations the Hamas forces did not hesitate to shoot at the mosque, and to cause heavy damages. What else to expect from kuffars who participate in democratic elections (hamas), disobeying Allah the Most High. No one else can take part in or claim a share of His Sovereignty and Rule. ISLAMABAD: An Additional Sessions judge Wednesday set free CIA contractor Raymond Davis, who killed two Pakistanis on a busy road in Lahore, after payment of blood money (Diyat) in accordance with Sharia law of Pakistan, sources said. Talking to Geo News, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said the court released Raymond Davis after the family members of the murdered men appeared in the court and pardoned the US National after an agreement was reached between the two sides. "He has been released from jail and now it is up to him to leave the country whenever he wants," the Minister added. The killings by Raymond Davis in Lahore in January strained relations between Pakistan and US, who repeatedly insisted Davis was an embassy employee and enjoyed diplomatic immunity, particularly after it emerged he was working for the CIA. A spokesman for the US embassy in Islamabad said he could not immediately confirm the report. Lawyers for the families of the two men shot dead in a busy Lahore street on January 27 said they had been held for four hours at the jail court where Davis was being tried on Wednesday, but had not been allowed to witness proceedings. Blood money, or Diyat is a provision under Islamic sharia law in which compensation can be paid to relatives of those killed to secure a pardon, and is commonly used to resolve such cases in Pakistan. Bangladesh Ansar is a para-military organization of Village Guards in Bangladesh. Mostly a voluntary force, it recruits mainly from farmers and artisans and its main objective is to aid the Regular Armed Forces and Police Force in War, insurgency or anti-crime drives. Recruits are given basic training in elementary Maths and Bangla, physically trained (usually aerobics, weight training and obstacle training and calisthenics, running etc.) and basic weapons training, like Lathi-wielding ( baton-wielding), .303 Police Service Rifles, 9mm Browning Pistols and Heckler & Koch MP5 sub-machine guns, sword-wielding and basic martial arts (usually an elementary version of Karate). The Ansars motto is : "Iman , Jihad fi-Sabeelillah - La ilaha illAllah ; and Nara-e-Taqbir Allah hu Akbar !" The Ansars are organized on a District-level basis, with each District Ansar Brigade under the direct command of the District Superintendent of Police. Members receive an honorary salary of 2000 Bangladeshi Takas per month (equivalent to 1000 Indian Rupees) To date, the Ansar has been employed in numerous operations, Operation Dal-Bhat - to prevent illegal hoarding of food products, Operation Badr - to prevent arms smuggling through its Border with India (near Meghalaya).
