He only started out in 2008 at the tender age of 18 doing a bedroom remix of the theme tune to Commodore 64 game, Lazy Jones. This led to his first release on Strike Recordings, Lazy Lace. Berg became captivated and spent almost every waking hour in his studio creating remixes. Interestingly, he decided not to stick to one genre of house music, but to have a broad range of sounds. His influences include the likes of Laidback Luke, Steve Angello and Daft Punk. Aviciis first big track Manman, was released on none other than Pete Tongs label, Bedroom Bedlam after winning Pete Tongs Fast Trax with 70% of the votes. The DJ footage comes from the awesome Techno Parade in Paris. In this clip we meet Tim Berg in his apartment in Stockholm, as he waxes lyrical about how he started out and his method of leaking tracks on internet blogs to create the hype watch out for the new school!
