Al norte del pueblo de El Cotillo, a unos 3 kilómetros, se encuentra el Faro de El Cotillo, que actualmente acoge el Museo de la Pesca Tradicional. (En el pueblo hay carteles indicadores para llegar al Faro). En esta costa y hacia el oeste, podemos ver una serie de playas comunicadas entre sí, muy bien protegidas del oleaje, y que forman lagunas naturales perfectas para el baño.
