Verizon Fios Customer Service is terrible I spent over 2 hours on the phone with someone after an hour and fifteen minutes I ask for a supervisor and 30 minutes later I get one and he tells me that it is against Verizons policy to repay overpaid bills. Oh yea and everyone of my bills since day one has been wrong!!!!! STICK WITH YOUR CURRENT CABLE PROVIDER OR FIND DIFFERENT ONE IN YOUR AREA!!! The first person I spoke with was Andres second aka the supervisors name and badge number was Brandon 4202. I hope this helps someone.

I am extremly impressed with Verizon Fios. It blows Cablevision away! The TV STB (Set Top Box) is so fast, changes channels instantly, unlike having to wait a few seconds with cable. The picture quality is amazing, even on an old SD TV like mine. The internet is so much faster. This video uploaded in less than half the time it wouldve taken with cable. I would advise anyone who has Cablevision to switch to Verizon Fios if you can, because youd be crazy to stay with cable, no matter what the price.
