Me taking on Balnazzar, the final boss in live side Strat. Couple things I could have done differently. Shadow Resist Aura would probably have been better than REtribution here, and going with Seal and Judgement of Light would probably have been also helped prevent me from having to pop Lay on Hands, albeit at the cost of a longer fight. Music: MC Hawking- All My Shootings Be Drivebyes Me doing the Skyguard bombing run up in Ogrila. Many people say it is impossible on a normal mount. Phooey to them. Key things: Speed enhancement. Youll see I have Crusader Aura up. Failing that do the Apexis Emanations simon game first. If somehow that isnt an option, get a riding crop. This is important. Second, youll see me abort some runs. Better to abort a run and take a little longer than get shot down and possibly corpse run. Keep moving! There is no reason to stop your mount until you are done. Slightly harder to hit the target, but not much. Youll miss a couple times at first but youll get to a 100% hit rate very quickly. As for movement, youll see often that I wait for the guns to fire, then I change my attack path. The flak fires not at where you are, but where you *will be*. They fire, you move your attack path, youve got it. This also means that if you turn away before they fire, you may no longer have time to dodge. Wait till they fire, and *then* turn away. Another thing you will note is my steep attack angles. While you may sometimes come in shallowly, Ive found it far easier to avoid the flak when coming in steep. So dive bombing is ideal most of the time(keep an eye out for opportunistic shallow runs though). Im not sure if this is a better view, the guns not tracking vertical movement well, but its easier this way whatever the reason. Follow these tips, keep doing it every day, and youll ...
