Entre otras actividades realizadas se celebró una exhibición de aves rapaces a cargo de la empresa CETRECOR que hizo las delicias de los visitantes asistentes al evento.

Escucha is from Los Morenos first CD entitled, Moviendo Te. The passion and nuances of the Spanish guitar come alive with the upbeat, rhythmic style of the Rumba Flamenca fusion of Los Morenos. Their fluid and jazzy sound is an impressive mixture of influences from traditional flamenco, contemporary jazz, rumba and Arabic sounds. The elements of these genres add a welcome variety to their performance. Add an eclectic mixture of percussion instruments from the Latin American cajon to the Middle Eastern doumbek and you have a successful recipe for dancing. Eleanor and Mauricio Moreno met in a small bistro in 1994 and from the start the two were making music together, first to entertain family and friends at parties and later in collaboration as Los Morenos, writing the CDs, Moviendo Te and Presence Of You. Although Eleanor Moreno (now Eleanor Hollenbeck) is no longer with the group, Los Morenos are still going strong, releasing two more albums entitled, En Vivo and Transitions and touring throughout North America. PRESENCE OF YOU features both vocal and instrumental tracks that fuse world rhythms and vibes combining the influences of jazz, bossa nova, Latin and funk to name a few. Los Morenos has received popular attention at various venues and festivals, most notably the Calgary, Salmon Arm and Edmonton Folk Festivals. On February 14th, 2003 Los Morenos headlined to a full house at the Jack Singer Concert Hall in Calgary as part of the BD&P World Music Series, alongside such greats as Susanna Baca and Youssou NDour. A highlight of their musical journey was opening for the West African pop sensation, Angelique Kidjo, and Cuban legends the Afro-Cuban All Stars, where Los Morenos were received by an enthusiastic audience. They are also frequent guests on radio and television throughout Western Canada including CBC radio and television, CKUA radio, Vancouver TV, the A-channel and the nationally broadcast TV program, Good Morning Canada. The Calgary Sun has praised the groups fresh sound and a performance with Calgary guitar great Oscar Lopez, noting "when the two acts played together, the sparks flew."

The song entitled, Gitana Arabe is from Los Morenos first album, Moviendo Te. With their upbeat, rhythmic style of Rumba Flamenca fusion, Los Morenos have been carving out a name for themselves in Western Canada music circles. Crossing several stylistic barriers, the groups mix of traditional flamenco, contemporary jazz, funk, rumba and Eastern sounds is delighting audiences and attracting a larger circle of fans that enjoy the varied sound and infectious dance beat. Los Morenos was formed by the then husband and wife team of Mauricio Moreno and Eleanor Moreno, who had been collaborating musically since meeting in 1994. Mauricio, a Salvadorian native and Dublin-born Eleanor blended their cultural heritages to inspire the groups eclectic world influenced rhythms.
