Polop (Alicante), 16 nov (EFE).- Agentes de la Guardia Civil han registrado hoy, durante algo más de dos horas, la vivienda y el garaje del segundo detenido por su presunta implicación en el asesinato del que fuera alcalde de Polop de la Marina (Alicante) Alejandro Ponsoda, según ha podido comprobar EFE en el lugar. El registro se ha practicado en presencia del detenido, un industrial de la zona, y los agentes han inspeccionado, en primer lugar, su vivienda, de donde han sacado dos cajas. Por el momento hay dos arrestados por su presunta relación con el asesinato del que fuera alcalde de Polop de la Marina. Ponsoda falleció el 27 de octubre de 2007 en un hospital de Alicante, ocho días después de ser tiroteado cuando el alcalde detuvo su vehículo frente a la puerta de acceso al garaje de su vivienda, ubicada en la pedanía de Xirles, en Polop.
