This place is characterized by the grey-sanded beaches, the rocks and the surf spot. The oceanfront hotels with direct access to the beach offer surf classes and board rental. This is also a good place for camping and you can either choose the "Surf Camp" or the beach where some trees will be awaiting you with the perfect shadow. El Palmar Beach in Panama has a lot more to offer than just palm trees. The Pacific is the surfing side of Panama while the Caribbean is the snorkeling side.
