This was a MBH Wednesday group ride that started at Mountain Bike Heaven and headed to the Thunder Mountain Trailhead to the Chimney Rock trail to Dry Creek Road. The video starts out at the Lower Lizard Head trailhead and continues to Lost Watch to Turon to Chuck Wagon. The video is paused to get across Dry Creek and heading over to the OK Water Tank area. After the OK tank climb we head up the Lower Mescal Trail to the top of the Canyon of Fools trail. After COF we head up the pavement and ride over to the Cockscomb trail. The video shows the descent on Cockscomb to the left turn on Dawa to the OK intersection.

This video is of the first half of the Sunday morning 2011 Sedona Fat Tire Festival group ride. The ride started on the Lost Watch trail that there isnt any video of and connected to Touron to Chuck Wagon to Lost Watch to Mescal to Deamans to the start of the Boynton Canyon Parking lot. This ride probably would onlt be enjoyed by advanced riders and even though you might be advanced skill wise you still could have injury potential with several sections on the ride. By watching the video you will be able to see the most difficult sections to better judge whether this ride is what you are looking for. Much of the ride is an intermediate ride so if you have good hike-a-bike skills and dont mind walking some sections you might enjoy the route. Some riders using Sidi type hard soled shoes were not enjoying the steep slickrock sections they had to walk.

Il faut dire, que leau était dexcellente qualité, et culminait à plus de 23 ° , tout comme la température extérieure qui dépassait souvent les 35° jusquà ces derniers jours La présence dun Maître Nageur Sauveteur, et un Pompier Vacataire, nont pas été de trop cet été pour garantir la sécurité des nombreux Baigneurs LES ACTIVITES SPORTIVES ET DE LOISIRS TRES SOLLICITES Elles nont plus nont pas manqués de clientèle. Le CLUB MOTONAUTIQUE qui de sont coté jouit dun plan deau unique sur le département, à offert ses services sur les eaux calmes du lac de Castillon . Avec la pratique du SKI NAUTIQUE et du WAKE-BOARD . Le CLUB NAUTIQUE lui de son coté à mis à disposition de nombreux CATAMARANS, planches à voile et autres dériveurs, restructuré cette année, il a proposé également des stages dinitiation à la pratique kayak. Pour les moins sportifs, et de façon plus paisible, la navigation à pu se faire à bord de bateaux à moteurs, et bateaux à pédales, pour y découvrir les criques, et abords de LAC DE CASTILLON , à des heures ou le soleil et les reflets rendent magique la BAIE DU ...

La subida a pontevedra 2009 deparo gran espectaculo y un poco acidentada para serantes,rodiño con su adaptacion a el famoso formula reynard.este año la carrera deparo diversion al publico que se marabillo con los vehiculos participanes en el recorrido habitual de Marcón al Polígono de O Campiño, acogió la cuarta cita del Gallego de Montaña, en este caso prueba de coeficiente 8,por lo que los puntos que se consiguieran en esta prueba eran valiosos.La 1ª primera posicion correspondio a benito varela con su formula dicode fr con un tiempo de 1:57:481 ganado la clase EM1-EM2 a toño varela con el formula outeda mk grupo sofia con un tiempo de 1:58:610. En la 1ªposicion de CM1-CM2 se situaria antonio mosteiro con la barqueta dicode bfr a 2:00:717 siendo 2º de la clase ruben nogueiras a 3 seg de mosteiro.
